help needed for a good young bloke from elecy contractors

my next door neibours young bloke has done a pre electy course at tafe , he needs to get his 150 hours of expernce up now , very good young (17 year old) polite young bloke he is in the WA under 21s rugby league team , he dosent want to be paid just needs to get 150 hours up so he can apply for apprentiships , he has his own transport give me a ring on 0418935456 and i will put you on to him and his dad if you can help out
