I have always frozen my skippy, herring....most fish i and my whole family catch.
I dont notice any significant taste difference in the fish.
Gotta love em flour, egg, panko bread crumbs..shallow fry...cold beer :)

well done , nice feed there but your making a lot of us look bad when the bait board is so clean with no staining on it

lol we were mostly using squid wings for bait so not to messy :)
