what is the best baits to use for herring gardies tailor or anything out at Hillary's of the walls?

and whitebait or small pilchards so u can use a very small gang hook with bugger all weight...burley up and get a slick happenin and you should do well

Gardies and herring love corn kernels dipped in tuna oil - that's what I use, on a small longshanked hook under a burley float.

some people that were there last time were using yellowtail cubes that they'd caught they were catching herring after herring Gardie after Gardie and yellowtail after yellowtail
