I have always found Jamie at dingy world good with honda, they are a dealer.

You can buy "Dr H" the honda diagnostic program on the net to sort it out yourself as well if need be.

I think marine goes by NMEA standards not OBD2, but the engine was originally a car engine so maybe??

U dont need the ob2 you can bridge the test connector  with a paper clip and that  will  throw codes  to the mil.the code for 02 sensor is 2.

You can reset it to..

O2 sensor very common problem with the 225.

Especially  if you drift back on to see or use reverse a bit while drifting..

Ill pm you my number mate

The problem occurs when u get salt water up the idle ports into the manifolds  and corrodes the  oxygen sensor. The  fix is to change the sensor but you  need to change the ecu as well unfortunately.the new sensor is stainless and only has 3 holes.

Alot of boats transoms are bouyant enough for 270kg and when drifting back on sometimes they  go under water over the exhaust ports

On the  new engines the oxygen sensor is at top of manifold also.

Honda  will fix this under warranty if its still covered.

You'll  notice it runs like crap  when the alarm comes on as it adds more  fuel and pulls back timing but  it will always get you home.

You might be best to get the original sensor which will alot cheaper  than  the new sensor  and a emm.

Make  sure you trim up engines  abit so water doesnt go up idle ports  when your drifting
