Gotta be impressed by that.
Went to the Blade man and got all my knives sharpened today, huge difference.

I'd like to see him skinning them. I reckon macks are some of the hardest fish to skin, so I'd love to see his technique. Bet the knife makes all the difference.

Yep. They call him Rocket for a reason. No skinning, sold as fillets with skin on.
