Boil the occie in water for about an hour n cut it up into pieces. Keep the water you boiled it in.
in a frypan fry few cloves garlic, bit of cut up chilli, couple of anchovie fillets and chuck the occie pieces in. add white wine and let it reduce. meanwhile start to boil the occie water again and throw spaghetti in.
add a good handful of cherry tomatos to occie frypan cut up in 1/4s.
when the pasta is alost ready, chuck it in the frypan with a little of the water and let it cook till ready 1-2 mins n reduce the liquid. add chooped parsley and serve.
my dad used to make it like that. tastes amazing. wish he was still in perth.

Give me a fish and I will eat for a day, teach me to fish and I will starve to death.
