Humminbird 798CI - Opinion

Needs some help. The old Navman plotter has gone to Heaven, and the sounder sort of suxs.

Thinking of this unit.

Any advice and help/info appreciated.

What unit was your navman might be interested in buying the antenna off you if the head unit is stuffed.

dad has the 797 on his boat and i find the combo unit is great i am running a lowrance hd5x at the momomen wich is meant to be the top of the range sounder for them and the humminbird creams it in performance and easy reading and extreemly user friendly, but in saying that the lowrance is still an awesum unit

I was going to reply to your previous post.....

I have the 798ci and it is just awesome!!

Includes the new down-imaging as well as the side and 2D.

the side imaging will blow you away Smile

bought mine OS and paid bugger all and the $$ rate it will be even cheaper than what I paid for it.

I'm in Exi  (9-22 May) if you are coming down and happy to show you

With a Aus wide card, computer software, full cabling and a better trany and postage up here said $2050.

I think that is a good deal compared with what I have seen.

Will provide his detail as I have spoken and said whould you do similar deals with WF members. He said not that good but will beat anyone.

Cheers

Speak to Ryan who has fished the Bream Comps and mention Fishwrecked and he will do you a great deal.

Cheers
