Humminbird 957CX combo

just wondering if anybody has used on of these combos before as ive just ordered one from bonzerimports for my old mans 6.2 blackfin as im using it while he does fly in fly out haha. lookin at the spics n specs it seems pretty honky dory. any info on using them would be greatly appreciated

Hummingbird
Hubbie has furuno 668 (older model). GPS is garmin. Hubbie isn't over rapted in the three in ones, as if it goes on the blink & you're 30 miles out you've got no GPS unless another GPS separate in boat. His reasoning is sounder for depth & bottom, eyes for everthing else, as ocean is a bitch. Hummingbird is American, Japs as far as I'm (hubbie) concerned have the best technology for sounders, but like everybody on the site you buy what you like or from experienced friends that have a particular sounder and the reviews are good.
