interesting different day, perfect conditions

took a couple of old guys[my age] out for a close in fish, got a couple of nice squid close to hillarys, went down abit inside the reef, crewie threw the anchor over, bugger I lent it to BJ so he could retrieve his s/s anchor, didn't tie it on again
, had a spare, only made out of pipe and rio bar, marine and harbours turn up but alls good, the skips came on we got out bag and left. as you get older you really slow down and are not so flexible, gee it was really on show today, still good fun and we got of the couch for awhile

Lost Anchors

Fri, 2015-08-14 15:38

 Thanks mate,
It's guys like you who keep divers in beer coupons,

I find them all the time, can't resist them, even when I have a bag full of crays. Last season, I found and anchor that must have had 20 meters of stainless steel chain. Gave it to the skipper of the boat

My old man bought a brand new anchor, chain and 50m of

Fri, 2015-08-14 16:58

quality rope for his boat and decided he would attach the new stuff  to the end of the used rope he still had for extra length if needed. We pull up at a deep 60m+ spot I throw the anchor over and let the rope slip through my hand waiting for it to hit the bottom next minute i feel the melted end of the new rope go through my hand and watch it disappear into the depths - he forgot to attach the new rope to the old rope then got shitty at me for not paying attention !!!

 The moment you

The moment you realise fffffk lol . Need to mount a go pro you don’t want to miss those classic moments ... all forget stuff sometimes at least you had the bung in

Not sure which one you suit Yoga or Tai chi to get that flexibility back though.
