Is it worth throwing over a bait when anchoring for the night at the sky show ??

Hi guys

I will be anchoring in the swan for the night  when the skyshow is on. Just wondering if its worth throwing a bait in after dark ?? And if so what bait, rig etc.

I normally anchor up in front of the Hyatt or round abouts.

Anyone got any thoughts ???

I would have a crab net down as well, Always worth having at least 1 line in the water too.

All good suggestions, thx guys. Will put a crab net in once everyone has gone, chuck a bait on a handline and maybe chuck out a lure on a spin rod whilst i down a few coldies. What would be the best bait to use on the handline ??

I'd probably use a peeled

I'd probably use a peeled river prawn if your in the Swan. You never know, could catch a flatty, tailor or bream.

Yeah, I noticed this year your not allowed on the city side of the channel, but will probably be around that area in general, just on the other side if the channel.

If you time the fuse right

If you time the fuse right you could probably get away with using dynamite :-)
