Jig weights for shallow water sambo's

Just after some info from the guys in the know.
What sort of jig weights are you using for shallow water sambos (35-50m)? Obviously fishing in good conditions without a howling breeze.

I work on 1 gm per metre of water depth John. The lighter the better. You don't want your jig plummeting to the ocean floor.

My go to in the 40s is
My go to in the 40s is usually 120g but have noticed if theyre shut down that a 70-90g knife profile jig like an Evergreen Javelin or Shimano Slidend works really well. Even white 7-9inch plastics on a few ounces of jighead usually outfishes the jigs
