Cray fish flombay,It's a cray fish mornay with warm BRANDY Poured over and set alight just before you serve it.Do not waste good food and make a curry ,PLEASE!

Bit off a post pincher, but now that the boar reside in mandurah, and I have been up here for ages, where do you have to clip the tails. Shows you how long since I have been crayfishing down south!!!

If a lobster is kept, you must clip the central flap on its tail fan, removing at least the bottom half of it, a circular hole of no
less than 10 mm in diameter in the central segment of the tail fan, within five minutes of
taking the lobster from the water.
This is done to identify it as a recreationally
caught lobster, which can’t be sold
