lol! I did laugh as I noticed the Ranger move along the rubber necks who parked on the grassed verge,to watch the boat removal from the beach.

The boat attempting to tow the yacht off the beach looks a bit light on for the job. Still you wwill never never know if you don't have a go.
Rockingham parking inspectors moto, lever let an oppitunity slip by if you can make a booking no matter what the circumstances are.

be aware
there is a certain female ranger working for rocky coucil , she is very keen at doing her job to the fact she will book you when she is in the kwinana council area ,( beat that 1 aparently she was new and didnt know she she was out of her area according to her boss ) surprise surpise surprise 18 months later , i am loading 25 kg bags of rice x 10 into the back of my ute same same ranger . "your not a cermecial vehicle you cant park here " me " since when was a toyota hilux ute not been a comercial vehicle " her you dont have a buisness name on it " me book me and this time i am taking it further than your boss , according to her boss she is a top ranger because she wrights on average 500 tickets a month , to me if that is a KPI for her it is wrong , any way long story short loading fine dissmised and she is being being retrained (again)
