Kalbarri fishing offshore

Anyone getting out on a boat in Kalbarri atm?
We are lucky enough to be here for 10 days and the weather is awesome - ocean is dead flat - the charter we booked some 6months ago however is telling us that it’s really rough out at sea and we may be able to go Thursday if the weather improves…..am I missing something?

The river is filthy - looks

The river is filthy - looks like choc milk from the rain - have seen some decent mulloway caught at the river mouth at sunset and seen plenty
Of mullet and sand and kg whiting at blue holes.
If you are thinking of booking a charter - don’t bother - we have been played - been told each day “will see how the weather looks” but each day the boat is going out for a morning cray run and evening sunset cruise. Obviously more Profitable than a day charter- we are in a large group so thought it would be good to try and support the local business and to take the focus of the holiday off boating - next time will bring my cc up
