Kalbarri Fishing Questions

Hi Lads,
Was going to bring the tinny up and have a bash in the Murchison -- just wondering what effect the rain has had on the fishing??
Can anyone give me any info on what its like up there -- Do you get many Muddies or are they hard to come accross.
Also are there many fish on the chew in the river? super frother but havent ever been there so any info would be greatly appreciated.
Also can anyone recommend deep sea fishing charters? Even if there are any locals keen to take me out if i flick you some coin - wouldnt mind getting some Rankin and other Northern species.
Cheers fellas!

Take the tinny across the river to oyster reef
cast mulies towards the green channel marker - HUGE tailor, my teenager son and I got 6 ranging from 75cm up to a whopper at 87cm. When the tailor stop biting walk north along oyster reef and find a spot where you can cast unweighted mulies out and let them float down for pinkies, plenty of snags so don't use your best hooks and swivels. If the swell is up don't risk it! go to the cliffs or go to red bluff and cast north behind the breakers at the beach for tailor and lots of silver bream.

Talking to a bloke this morning
Despite the mud, his mate caught a couple of muddies yesterday, up past the jetty. Drove past the end of the pens and saw some nice marks underneath on lance's sidescan. Mulloway haven't really been firing yet--I watched them for a short while at the mouth and only saw 1 undersize schoolie taken and returned. Tailor mightn't be much good in the mud, but mulloway could be in the surf at the north end of oyster. Mackerel are coming in, and are within dinghy range.
