Nice morning on the water, plenty of kingies for the deckies (5 in total) and a nice YFT for me.
My young blokes first kingie, he was pretty happy.

Got the tuna 10 km from the last lot so fairly wide spread, mixed in with small strippies I think.
Kingies were on 10kg pre-test mono, so yeah, they gave the boys the right run around!

Ha Ha Goodzy, first trip in the boat in 3 months mate. Was great to get out and stretch the arms. That kingy went soooo hard, nearly 20 minutes to land on 10kg trolling gear. Thought we had hooked a 25kg yellowfin at first...

What are the the king Fish like on the chew?? If there any good to eat do they freeze and keep all that well.. Ive caught them but not kept them..
