jig recommendations

Sambos;
Its very hard to gauge what depth/line class weight will work. I've used the same 220g jig on PE4 in 35m and 80m on PE6. There are a lot of variables because some jigs just don;t drop at the same rate for the weight either, being so influenced as they are by their shape.

I think you have proven me
I think you have proven me wrong about the silver jigs, maybe they do work. I still can't go past the red and gold in either a Caprice or Shout Stay. Will have to give the silver a go next time.
Haven't been out in a while, we have had some pretty crap weather of late compared to the metro. Not too many good fish reports coming in also. Dhuys really haven't started to school up down here as yet. Hopeful get out before the ban.

jig colours
Who really knows what the best colour is?
I must admit I usually fish pink/silver or blue/silver, straight silver is never my first choice either, I just got lucky!
Fingers crossed for some better weather down your way!
