AG chain knot

watchin a jiggin dvd and these japanese guys are doin a knot called the ag chain knot. Anyone heard of it or know any good links to practice this knot. It looks unbelievable.

pretty sure its just under
pretty sure its just under and over again and again till the desired length when its done it looks like a DNA strand, or maybe im doing it wrong.

yeah its just half hitches but you do one over then one under. havnt tried it but if you watch the vid carefully you will see what he does
