land based fishing around Perth

Hi fishos
does anyone know any good spots for landbased fishing around Perth, north of the river.
just looking for bread and butter species such as whiting, herring, skippy flathead

north or south ov river. seems to be more north atm just going on a few posts lately

burns beach
about 30meters up the beach in summer is herring heaven plus you get some whiting in the shallows get there early 6.30/ 7ish.brg
