LB Reports? What's biting?

Hey LB fishos,

Anything biting up and down the coast at the moment? I have been out a few times in the henderson area of late, can't seem to find anything on the bite except for tarwhine! Looking to take the old man fishing next weekend if the weather holds up...might head up to Yanchep / Two Rocks unless there is some reasonable metro action for B&B species?

Cheers

Buschy

Wish I could help you out

Wish I could help you out mate but work has had me flat out & I havn't been out for a few weeks now. Trigg is usually pretty reliable for a few whiting in close & some herring a little further out. Don't fish the hole though, fish the north side of the island or about 100m south of the hole.

Hi Buschy, long time no speak.  Brighton , sth of Scarborough fished well for tailor recently but that was over a week ago. Got about 10 tailor, kept 5 , mostly caught between 7.30 and 9.30 pm on a rising tide. Averaged 40 cm.  Found a decent gutter and found the tailor. Wind was 6kn NW swell 1 metre, new moon.

Wasnt gonna miss out on those conditions . Im sure that there would have been B&B species around leading up to dark. Send me a PM if you want specifics.

Thanks appreciate the replies!

I'll keep an eye on the north metro beaches during the week. Thinking of waiting until late the following weekend, might jag a soapy if the conditions are right ;)
