Lisa's Sambo!

Even though it was the biggest fish she's ever caught (and she got two more bigger ones after this one) she still wasn't impressed that we couldn't take it home to eat...I've got to teach this woman the merits of sport fishing! Still, when we changed spots and got bugger all, she was wishing we'd stayed where we were! Her fish came on mulies while I got mine (plus a rat ambo) on jigs/placcies, and that was pretty much it for the day, apart from me highsticking an eagle ray and breaking my backbone elite!

Good on HER...
...for coming out with me! Apart from the male/female stuff, she's actually quite a good fishing buddy...she goes hard from go to whoa, whether we're catching anything or not. And honestly, if I was wanting to brag just about her, I'd have got her to put her bikinis on before I took the photo! The fact that she loves fishing so much is worth bragging about in it's own right...

Mate I hope you didn't take
Mate I hope you didn't take my comment the wrong way. My mrs comes out in the tub with me as well and it's great. Not many chicks go fishing, so the blokes that do have a mrs that will fish, it's a bonus! Sux when she outfishes you though!

Hell yes.
F#ck, I wish my Mrs would come out every now & then, but even though we only ever keep 1 or 2, she's all anti killing and has her head in the sand about where her chicken comes from.

Yeah if only I could get my
Yeah if only I could get my mrs to fish once in a while I'd be happy.
She'll come out on the water (under suffrance) but no interest in actually fishing!
When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:
n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or
n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.
