Bit of work yet to be done.
Some parts of the "Ford" changes were anounced a few weeks ago....come in 1st Jan 09 from memory......same time as new wetline rules
The main issue people werent happy about was the proposed V5 closures.....
The new minister is having a review of the science behind the suggestions a 4 month summer closure was required.....
he hasnt announced who will be doing the review yet, so you have a little while to wait......
