Looking for a budget cray tipper and winch

It's near the time! Im hoping someone can lead me the right direction here. Seems everywhere I look is super expensive for a 4 week cray season.

Hoping to get a winch for pulling pots this year. Happy to go second hand to keep the costs down, but is it worth just getting a winch and not the pot tipper? Anyone gone this way? Even $700 for just a winch seems a little pricy plus got to put it in correctly. Is it really worth it?

Cheers all.

$570 for tipper, holders and fastings (just installed one); and

$700 (+ installation) for a winch (i am having to budget for that next year).

I dont think there is such a thing as a cheap winch or a cheap tipper.  Two things you need quality for due to the type of work they do.
