Lost my RFBL

I have looked everywhere. 
The Mrs has looked everywhere.
Has anyone else had this happen and been stopped by fisheries wa?
What happens, is there a fine, or can you present the license to them at a later stage?

they will check up on your licence
they came to me in there boat one day my deckie didnt have his they just radioed through to base and checked he had one!

I got checked down at Mandurah a couple of weekends back and couldn't for the life of me find it where I had stashed it. They ended up just asking for my name and checking on their computer or something (maybe did what snappermiles said?). I managed to eventually find it before they confirmed I had one though. It was in the first place I looked exactly where I put it but I just missed seeing it there. Arrrgh. I'm sure they thought I was taking the piss. "Yeah it's in here somewhere - Seriously - I'm not bullshitting ya!" as I was ripping the boat apart looking for it.
I fish for the future - Cause I can't bloody catch anything!
