Lowrance HST-DFSBL 50/200KHz
Lowrance HST-DFSBL 50/200KHz T/M deep water transducer works fine for me on HDS gen 3. Reads bottom at 25 plus knots easy depending on the water conditions - what I mean is because of the shape of stern versus transducer location - if is sloppy and kicking the stern up a little, I get some aeration that causes it to lose the reading. I hope that makes sense. If it is glass, I have held good readings at 30 knots

I agree on the Totalscan. It
I agree on the Totalscan. It does everything from High Chirp to sidescan to downscan. Not the most solid looking unit but once you get it dialed in, it produces some incredible images. Have one on my beach launcher and can see the ripples on the sand with it.
