Got a call, that we all dread getting, from Carnarvon police this morning notifying me that someone had been washed in off the south wall at Quobba.
Phone calls made to get a crew and the rescue boat on its way in the case Tim Minchin from the station couldn't launch his dinghy to get to the bloke in the water.
10 minutes later got the call we all like to hear, he had been pulled from the water with one of the rescue life rings situated along that section of the coast. Crew were told to stand down but it just goes to show one must be aware of the conditions up there at all times.

Nice.
Nice to hear a happy ending from there.
It's not the usual way it ends.
Can be a dangerous place sometimes, & that's usually when it doesn't look bad.
Hope he is all ok & not cut up too bad.....
Well done to the rescuers.
Cheers & Stay safe
