That lure is massive.
Really all depends, where abouts do you usually fish and where abouts do you live?

I fish there too
I love quinns! i've seen a couple of people catch tailor from there but i haven't personally, I have had a few Flathead (some legal some returned), a big cobbler that my 8yr old caught (very proud), the odd herring and a goatfish (had to look it up i had no idea what it was). lots of port jacksons some nights the kids love to see them, they all go back. It seems to have all variety of creatures cruising past. I say throw it in and see what you get, at worst you spend time playing with your gear and learning something in a really nice spot, win win : )

the chrome metals- tailor,
the chrome metals- tailor, herring, salmon will be your likely culprits from shore
the popper (the top lure)- depending on the size coz i cant quite tell, will get you tailor and salmon around the washy reefs up around that area, its a surface lure and immitates a fleeing baitfish being chased.
the 2 bibbed monnows- look like boat trolling size lures, cant quite tell, but maybe give them a go off the rock walls like north mole for bonito when they are around
