Making twisted leaders....help!

Hey Ive been trying to get less lazy and make my own rigs, leaders etc of late, I cant get the twisted leaders to work out though.
Can someone give a step by step description for idiots on the process or is there a good web link showing it clearly in detail someone knows of?

One more thing on the
One more thing on the twisties, we use a crimp on the swivel end of the leader. Something jay came up with. A lot easier that a lot of the other options out there and we have never had one come undone.
