Hi guys, just checked out a mako craft 5 mtr cuddy cabin- look alrite, decent hull. Any advice on the water stabability ? It had a 75 Honda on the back
Haha Makocraft is what I had for a few years. Just the small 4.2m Estuary Tracker with a 30hp Tohatsu motor which I bought new. It was extemely stable and an awesome tinny, just not a lot of freeboard. If I bought another Ali thats the one I was looking at to the 5m Cuddy. With my Makocraft Estuary Tracker I regularly did all nighters out level with the back of Rotto and it handled it pretty good considering the size. But I went to a fibreglass Savage Centurion 4.8m which I now take out from Albany regularly doing 25-30kms or more out to sea on my own. Can launch it easily by myself at a proper ramp, but wouldn't beach launch it often.
