Marine batteries

Hi there,

One of my batteries on the boat has failed. So im in the market for a new battery, Anyone can reccomend a good battery and a good place to buy it? Just have the basic accessories and a 140Suzi.

Any info appreciated!

Cheers

Yeah but what kind? You can get sealed marine batterys for cranking, more deep cycle for a secondary and then there are the AGM batteries.

If you have no heavy loads

If you have no heavy loads you can get away with any sealed cranking battery, but if you have a sounder and gps etc and leave them on all the time, get a cranking for starting and a deep cycle for the other bits and use a VSR.  I like the Blue Seas stuff.
