Missing dinghy – anyone?

I hope its just a lost dinghy, but how smart would you need to be to work out its a good idea to put your name/contact/mothership on your tender?

Can think of a dozen reasons why and none for why not.

Especially if it doesnt have a HIN.

The crayboats working from up Two Rocks way usually bring in 3-4 a year that they have found drifting after parting company with their owners at Rotto. Most have the painter chaffed through or what looks like the knots have come undone
