My first ever mackie!!!

Got my first Mack this weekend up near leeman on spear. Never been so excited to pull a trigger on a fish or just to see one cruising by as I was sitting 10m down looking around. Didn't fight that hard as I got a good head shot on it and had it to the surface and in my hands in a few minutes.

When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:

n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or

n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.
