I ordered stuff from "Star tackle" in singapore on feb 25th and march 3rd.........the parcel was not sent until march 27th.....one item was not available..........i had no contact from them...they put it in one parcel.......they owe me postage....when it came they sent me the wrong hooks which were cheaper and weaker......After repeated e mails to
a)replace the wrong hooks they sent me
B) refund me the excess postage
They have not replied or paid me any money................YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..........the guy is a ****ing tosser.

Been stuffed around by them
Last year I placed an order for lures from this shop. Waited for bloody ages and had to chase them up. In the end I got my money back........what a waste of my efforts.

Assuming you did not receive goods paid for.
Well within your rights and have 90 days to do it.
Assume you paid by credit card?
Guarantee they will be in touch when visa or MasterCard takes money back off them.
