Need a new rod

Just got my Okuma VSYSTEM V 55 reel in the mail and I'm putting 10kg / 20lb fireline or similar on it. Want to use it for soft plastics for pinkies n stuff, I've got a Starlo Stix Tournament Pro 701M with 14lb fireline for soft plastics already that works quite nicely but I want something a bit beefier for this new reel. I've been looking at a Nitro Godzilla Spin 7' so that's kinda what I'm thinking. Any suggestions?
Cheers
Dale

7', 5-10kg. good rod at around the same money as the nitro. If you are running 20lb, then a 10-15kg rod IMO is waaaaaay overkill.

After toasting a perfectly good daiwa saltwater recently, I really appreciate the nitro warranty.
I have one nitro and whilst I love it, I never use it (10', replaced after an insurance claim since I bought a boat), I must get around to buying a few of their boat rods, just I tend to avoid alconite guides.

Hi Sean , yeah I looked at that but I'm not overly keen on 2 piece rods, so I passed up on it.

G'day Sean, I once had a good 2 piece break on me at the join so I've been kinda wary of them since.

That five to 10kg of bears
That five to 10kg of bears would be ideal! all i di is fish plastics and jig and two peice make no diff. not these days anyway, somew of my best are two piece, xzoga, gloomis, pfluger supreme etc are all sweet rods. but for value for money id get hold of that powerspin. when they first came out i stopped a 18kg mackie off abrrohils like it was nothing with that stick...awsome.
