Need some help with 4208 garmin

Went out today and last two outings my 4208 garmin has been turning itsel on and off sometimes I have to turn it back on manually and sometimes it will turn itself back on then every now it will come up with radar needs repair error code 0 only seems to happen when it is rough if your drifting around for a few hours has no problem anyway if someone can put any light on this would be much appreciated

Check the connections were
Check the connections were it is wired up to mate in behind the dash. Had the same drama in my old boat it was the wires had green death. They may had also come slightly loose and when u hit a good wave it drops the power out for 1/2a second. Hope this helps mate

Try replacing the fuse as
Try replacing the fuse as well.
had a similar problem due to a fuse which was only just blown/broken. On inspection it looked fine, but rough seas would jolt it so the broken fuse wire didn't make a connection.
