A new pb
With the weather suppoedly good this morning to get out we got up early and hoping to hit the water at first light . Yeah right as if. Got on the at about 7:30 and headed out to one of our spots in the 40s . Wasnt the smoothest trip out but we managed. Set the drift first fish on a sgt baker which was converted to bait . Next drift i nailed a just size dhuie then nothing. Set drift again and Sandy got another just size dhuie
Next up was a new pb kg that was about 560 showing 1.1 kg so was stoked. All went quiet apart from a few small pinks and scorpion fish. Moved into our kg spot with not much happening with a slow and wierd drift and Sandy got a kg . All up 2 dhuie and 2 kgs. Happy to just get out there for a bash and try out the new axiom . Hopefully get out again before its back to the bush

Russ did you scale the SB before using for bait
I have started scaling SB and find it seems to be a far superior bait ....if you haven't tried that approach give it a go
