I would be keen to know if
I would be keen to know if the SS prop is worth the Extra Coin. Been contemplating it but the extra cash would add up to a lot of fuel

Friday
Will do Friday but have to make it between school drop off and pick up. Better than nothing. Try the new trim tabs out.

I’m so paranoid about my dinghy filling with water if it rains hard, probably nothing to worry about, but that’s just me.

Anyone worried about the
Anyone worried about the swell?
i was eyeing off Friday to avoid a crowded ramp but I think with the swell I might hold off till Saturday and deal with the crowd.

If you're heading through
If you're heading through some breakers or fishing around shallow reef then yes it can be a worry...but out deeper with flat seas the swell is not too much to worry about.

Friday for me, probably head
Friday for me, probably head out to 300 - 400 for a sniff around, if that fails back into the 50's. I feel the deep drop is more productive at the moment as we seem to keep geting mauled by small snapper or were doing somthing wrong. Last Thurs was the same, headed out to 300 and got a good feed real quick.

Hard work today
Had to fish about 12 different spots today out in the 40s. Managed skippy and whiting for future bait, a 61cm pink and a 40cm baldy.

Not a bad day out with Paul
Not a bad day out with Paul D...fellow fishwrecker. Northerly was sloppy early...fished the 60s for a solid Pinky early...followed with the dhue on lunch time... Benito was caught on jig on way up...countless Srg baker on jig also. Wasnt expecting much with only a minor bite time and a northerly but ended with a few keepers.

Anyone head out this arvo?
Anyone head out this arvo? Took out the Mrs and her brother on Jackfrost charters. Bloody hard work and we were getting smashed by skippy in the 40's before we could drift over the good ground and lost 4 rigs to Australia. Drove through and arounds bait balls jumping with skirts for nothing. 30 miles and a box of squid for a bunch of big skippy and a couple of nice tarwine but the brother in law (non fisho) had a cracking first time out regardless and the Mrs was overawed by the Minke whale that was lapping us.

Whales
Where did you find the whales frosty? I haven't seen any this season yet.
I trolled lures in the early 30s from Hillarys to two rocks. Loads of bait, some really large schools with birds and bust ups and didn't turn a reel all day.

Had a few whales leaping
Had a few whales leaping about around us in the 60s off Mandurah on Sat. Must admit, I would be happier if I didn't see them when out in the boat!
