New rod advice needed

Hi all,

Recently snapped my Berkley Dropshot 2-4kg 2 piece and soon looking to replace it with another similar rod. Light, graphite (preferably) and intend to match it with a Team Daiwa Advantage 2500.

Budget: Up to $150, but would prefer to keep the cost down.

Any suggestions / advice?

Thanks,

Buschy

A good rod to buy on your budget is a pflueger trion 2-4kg. There really light they cast well and have quite a bit of grunt to stop a big fish. I have one in 1-3kg and love it.

Are you still wanting a 2piece rod or not really fussed??

As mentioned Pflueger Trion are good value rods.

Shimano Rack Raider

Gladiator Freshspin series

FWA series rods.

or you can go another Berkley Dropshot Gen 3 series.

All under $150 and less with FW discount.
