Gday all
After nearly 9 years between boats I finally bit the bullet and bought this one.
Looking forward to getting back on the water and hopefully sharing some great fish pics.
Cheers and tight lines

looks great
I think you have a good sea boat there, couple of things with that motor,
Get the gold plug to swap out the crappy one in the water jacket. I got stuck offshore when my "nuetral safety switch" broke under the cowling, couldnt work it out until i got home. Have a look at it and understand it , just the plactic housing where the spring is broke on mine- easy to replace but if had known what it is I could have pushed it back together to get us off the water.
Tight lines mate.

Congrats Rodrat. That is
Congrats Rodrat. That is like the one I used to have except mine had the Mercruiser inboard. We used to keep the rear covers on too but for fishing you're way better off with them removed.
I really liked the boat and it was easy to tow and handled well on the water. Got into some great salmon at Rotto plus some YTK's. Only sold it to upgrade to a boat with more accommodation for weekends away as the kids got bigger. You'll have a lot of fun mate!

I just bought another penned boat but we talked seriously about getting another Whittley as ours was great. More than just a fishing boat they are a great overnighter/cruiser.
