Hi all,
I'm moving to geraldton from tassie at the end of the month, can anyone fill me in on fishing options around there, I'll be landbased and yakkin (once the stuff arrives).
cheers

bring suncream
its a tad hotter in Gero than Tassie!
Do a search on here forthe users flagpole and poddyfish: they have both done well up there with soft plastics in the shallows catching snapper, dhufish and baldies (I think). Crayfish are also prolific up there.
Its not a bad place to be for a fisho. Good luck and enjoy!

the skies the limit in gero.
the skies the limit in gero. theres a lot worse places to fish than gero. Theres plenty of charters to get on if you want a challenge. the abrolhos islands hold some of the states best fishing. If you had a boat! theres heaps of places you can travel out of town and your sure to find excellent tailor , mulloway, whiting, shark/ray fishing from land
