Hi all,
Saturday blew out early but not before the guys on board bagged 6 dhuies, 5 cod, a sweep and a couple of swallow tail nannygais. One of the dhuies went 18 kg.

A bit further than usual
The schools of bait fish have just turned up on the bigger ground as usually happens this time of year. We are working pretty hard for them but persistence pays off!

We are fishing the schools of bait fish on the bigger ground - mostly within 7 miles of the coast.

Yeah it sure did fight.
It took some time for the guy to get it in. Was caught on bait - mullet.

They're not going anywhere in a hurry!
The fish that are around now will hang around for a fair while yet. We will be pulling the boat out in early May to refit for whale watching June to Dec.
Come on down!
