Heres some photos!
Cant wait to get back up there again next year!

Awesome, I had wanted one for a long time too and decided on a project. It's still a work in progress while I fish! I agree they are a great sea boat.

All fluked haha marlin was caught on a frayed wore trace tied straight to braid haha. Reds where found doing really long drifts and the sounder was hardly readding the bottom for the rubys. They just dropped randomly and hit em on the head hahaha

" can't wait to get back next year"...
Good luck with that. The Minister for Lands, Rita Saffiotti, today announced that there would be no new consultation on the future of the coastal stations, and that they would be continuing with the process started by the Libs. Which means the end of coastal camping on Ningaloo and Warroora as we know it. Labor are a pack of effin liars, as they made out they were supporting the stations in question in the lead up to the election, then promptly shafted them when they got into power.
Pt Billie will be a nice little eco resort, no doubt, but no smelly campers allowed. it will be exclusive and expensive, no doubt.
Sorry to break the news to you, looks like you had a great time. i've wanted to do that little comp for a while, but too close to my regualr trip, I'm leaving tomorrow for a month at Winderabandi. For probably the last time.

To me it looks like
Looks like another fantastic holiday on the cheap place and some others are going to become things of memories, and to me that's bloody sad.
Keep all those photos in a safe place and show them to the kids and grand kids, then when they ask were was that grandad you can try to keep a dry eye and tell them that was a special place in the dream time when ordinary people could go and relax catch some fish and not have to be millionaires to do so.
As I have said many times change is inevitable. but not all change is good. Just look at NBN, but that's of subject.
You have had a great time guys, treasure the memory.

Something like that San Sails place south of Pilgramunna
I assume? Big $$$ and out of reach for the "average angler"
