as far as 4wdriving on beach goes you have to go north of two rocks to wilbinga, plenty of fishing spots up there and very little weed as of yesterday.
there is plenty of spots to try for tailor around quinns to alkimos but your not allowed to drive on the beaches any more and there is plenty of rangers up here at the moment.
moore river, seabird, ledge point and lano are all worth a shot but some of the beach does get washed away and if possible take a second vehicle, plenty of tracks so go exploring

What's the beach situation
What's the beach situation like at wilbinga at the moment Gilly? Went there all through winter and there was hardly a beach to drive on!

beach is coming back nicely,
beach is coming back nicely, some mates drove all way to moore river sat and they seen a few cars bogged but more out of bad driving

Ah been there done that at wilbinga, the soft sand and sloping narrow beach is never a good combo haha! Happens to the best of us !!
