Dredging is on hold for now as far as i know, i could stand corrected.
Since it has started, there's been an abundance of whiting in good sizes, use a paternotster with size 12 long shanks and size 1 bomb sinker.
Herring is straight forward but have seen guys picking up scalies several times spinning a sibiki rig with bomb sinker also.
Alot of 1m+ small sharks being landed on dead mulies, scalies and yakkas, fished the bottom on gangs and single circles.
Tailor on and off, not huge but usually oversized.
Reports of a few pinkies also.
All of which is fishing the north side between the lighthouse and the platform.
Gardies in nice size being picked up at the side opposite Rous Head on floating berley cages, maggots and small cut prawns.

Its been a while since ive chased bigger fish, I'll have to head down there soon.
Dont forget squid, you can usually find a couple at the north mole.
