Hi Guys
As OR is my usual ramp I had previously heard you can get a yearly parking ticket. I cant seem to find anything on the city of Joondalup website for it, does anyone know where I can get one from and how much?
Cheers

Rig- I fished off OR on the weekend, the parking boxes have been removed. I'm assuming they will be replaced soon enough, but until they do, I wouldn't be purchasing any season tickets.

Hey Rig, head down to the craigie leasure centre, you can buy them from there. They have a council desk straight infront of you as you walk in. I think it was $135 but I cant remember. It is yearly from Jan 1 so its best to buy at the start of the year or your loosing value. Remember to write down your trailer rego before you go as they need it.

O/R Parking
The car park is having an face lift (new tarmac Machines etc.) They are also putting the price up to $8/day and the annual pass up to $140/year.
I go the pass as I use the ramp regular.
Get it in Jan as Spook noted unless your going to go out more than 18 time between now and Jan which weather permitting is quite easily done.
Either Craigie Leasure Centre, Whitfords Shopping Centre or the Council Offices at Joondalup all have the passes.
Also less hassle when the machines are playing up to just pop the pass in the window as the rangers are down quite regular now issuing tickets.

Im guessing this new marina
Im guessing this new marina may be a while off if they are spending $$ relaying the tar. I live around the corner and as much as I want the marina it will suck having the ramps shut down. Any updates on it?

New Jetties
I am on the new marina committee and nothing happening in the near future. the only thing I have heard is that the City Of Joondalup have budgeted to replace all the jetties with floating jetties as the current one are falling apart. Then when new marina built they can move them easily to the new position.

From date of purchase
The parking permits are valid from 1 year from date of purchase...don't know where the idea of Jan 1 came from, my current one expires March next year

Would be...
but the Hillarys Marina is in the Shire of Wanneroo and Mindarie Marina is privately owned. No way that lot would or could agree on a permit covering all.
