Old Bunbury Jetty

G'day guys, can anyone tell me if the Bunbury jetty has closed down again? Also any good spots around town for kids to throw some crab nets from? Go to Collie bridge a bit but looking for somewhere in town, any other jetty's? Cheers guys

Fishermans jetty
You could try off the jetty where the fishing boats tie up or even off the sides of the rock wall leading out to the old jetty.

The old jetty is all but gone
The old jetty is all but gone mate.You could try the breakwater near the sailing club or the rock wall at the entrance to the inner harbour (Redmans Rock) or as Carnarvonite said where the pro fisho's tie up.Bunno is not as user friendly to shore based or kid fisho's anymore.Lots of good places but access has been stopped to most of them.

Fishing locations
for shore based fishos are as Willlo has mentioned but ya missed a couple, these being the fishing platform or rock groyne at the Cut, the jetty at the sailing club [an extention to the groyne that willlo mentioned], the groyne in the estuary on your way to Australind has a T jetty at the end, good for spinning for Tailor and crabs and don't overlook Belevedere Beach, commonly called Buffalo mind you they are two separate beaches only K's apart.
