Outboard Spraying sideways & upward

hi can someone please give me advice on my outboard position

It is currently spraying up the sides of the outboard when travelling

and sprays higher the faster I go, do I need to lift it a court of holes?

the cavitation plate is just below the bottom of the hull

Photos are way too big need to make them smaller.

From what I can see the leg is too long for the boat.
Where the paint is off on the front of the leg is where the bottom of the boat should be .

@Scubafish: If he raised the leg that far then half the prop would be above the bottom of the keel. Not the best advice.

@Barracuda: If you are sure it's from the outboard then try lowering a hole and if that doesn't help try raising it a hole. Seems the boat is fairly new (can still see the writing on the ali), can you get any advice from the manufafacturer? Does it make any difference if you trim the motor up while running?

Ok took it for a run

Sun, 2015-07-12 22:23

had my bro come with me for a run after installing a hydrofoil, it sprays when tilt is down nearly all the way and goes away when tilt is up while travelling

the hydrofoil has made a great deal of difference

would anyone recommend lifting the donk a whole to get rid of spray altogether?

cheers
