Sensor surf make a good rod. Only 11ft 4in I believe but 6 oz cast and 20-40lb. Fo $250 i think.

You can use a Moonraker with overhead reels at a pinch
because of the Fuji lowrider guides.

depends on the kinda weight
depends on the kinda weight u wanna be casting i reckon. loomis and franklin do a 5 piece like the poseidon (except cheaper) that way you have different tips to suit different fishing styles. I reckon a torium 30 to go with it

Shimano Tiralejo
They have overhead rods ranging from 9 foot to 13 foot and are ideal for chasing bigger fish from the beach or rocks with an overhead

I use a 12ft tiralejo ... reckon its the ducks nuts. can cast 8oz with ease and i also use it for all my ballooning aswell which comes in handy.

abu all day
I use 2 different overheads both brill rods. The ABU Garcia Dreadnaught is a brilliant 12footer light weight and gets good distance i recently landed a 7kg salmon on that one worked well.
The other is an ABU Garcia Suveran XP GREAT 13 footer little bit heavy though but will smash baits out as far as your capable. with this one you can decide where you want to sit you reel, you can have it real high up for standard casting or low down for pendulum casting a great 3 pc rod.
