Painting gunwale rubber

Hey All
my white gunwale rubber has a lot of black scuff marks on it $1200 bucks to replace is not in my budget at the moment
can anyone recommend any products that I can use to clean the black marks off or even what paint I could use to paint the whole lot black cheers Darryl

Every scuff mark will have a story to tell, wear them with pride.
My wife understands why I clean my rods n reels in the shower....

Caramel wheel
Search for a caramel wheel - this is what does the job the best.
I was told by Peel Paints when i did my boat cleanup.
Be gentle tho and go slow on the speed - can easily dig too deep - takes a bit of "feel" to get it right.
