Paradise on earth, Coral Bay....
Hey guys, i just retured from a week in Beautiful Coral bay. We had 7 days of 40+C . Hot Hot Hot!!!
I did lots of landbased fishing, got longtom,flathead, dart etc. Lots of BIG bust offs.
Im putting together a little video of the fishing and holiday but in the meantime i thought i would share with you the best photography i could manage with new equipment. Im in the process of working out some deals with tour companys and lots of canvas sales etc
The highlight of the trip was being in the water with a 3-4 meter Tigershark, swimming with mantas and turtles. What a trip and great weather!!!!!

Fantastic shots there mate thanks for sharing
I was there in early October last year and it didnt look anything like that - the wind was cyclonic and made for a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE trip. I gotta get up there again at this time of the year.

Thanks everyone, my passsion is showing off W.A i love to travel allaround W.A as i think we have so much more to offer then other places not to mention is so much more pristiine here.
I just really need a 4wd soon to get out off the tourist locations and find my own special locations. I must admit , photograohy has taken over my fishing a bit in the last few years but i have been dusting off the rods to get my mojo back

Tiger shark out and about
Just out for a quiet meander along the bottom to check that all is well. Mark thank you so very much for sharing your photos and vids with us, it's things like you show to their best that should make us all feel so very very proud of what is entrusted to us. I feel we must jealously protect places like that and ensure that they don't become spoilt and destroyed so that our kids and grand kids can pass such areas down to future generations to admire and enjoy.

Would have shat myself too. Reminds me off swimming in to West Lewis Island to a shack after mooring the boat, and a 8ft tiger swam underneath me. Thorpy would have been left in my wake!!!!!

Great photo's,those shots of the nw snapper bought back a few memories.Did a few trips on the pro boat out of there and when we would come in the fish would school up under the boat.The trick was to entice the snorkelers (back packers) over to check them out under the boat and when they were close enough throw a few slices of bread amongst the snorkelers,then sit back with a few beers and watch the mayhem ,was great sport LOL.
